Terms governing use of the kamu.co.id platform. We keep things transparent so you know exactly what we offer and expect.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using kamu.co.id ("Platform"), you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service Definition
kamu.co.id is a digital profile (link-in-bio) and professional reputation platform that lets users create public profile pages, manage links, and build reputation through reviews and a trust score (Kamu Score).

The Platform operates under Government Regulation No. 71/2019 on Electronic System and Transaction Operations (PP PSTE) and Government Regulation No. 80/2019 on Trade through Electronic Systems (PP PMSE).
3. User Account
Users are fully responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality. Each person is allowed only one account. Users must provide accurate information when registering and update data when it changes.
Users must be at least 17 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use the Platform.
4. User Content
Users are fully responsible for all uploaded content, including profile photos, bios, links, and catalog information. The following content is prohibited and may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account deactivation:
- Pornography or sexually explicit content
- Content containing violence, threats, or intimidation
- Fraud, phishing, or schemes harming others
- Hate speech, SARA, or discrimination
- Intellectual property infringement
- Content violating laws of the Republic of Indonesia
Illegal & Criminal Activity Ban
The Platform is strictly prohibited from being used to promote, facilitate, or affiliate with illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Pornography and indecent content — including dissemination, distribution, promotion, or links to pornographic content, sexually explicit content, child-exploiting content, and any form of indecent content violating Law No. 44/2008 on Pornography and Article 27(1) UU ITE. Includes using profile as landing page or link tree for adult content on other platforms
- Copyright and IP infringement — including use of copyrighted works (photos, designs, logos, writings, music, video) without owner permission, digital piracy, trademark counterfeiting, and any infringement governed by Law No. 28/2014 on Copyright and Law No. 20/2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications. The Platform responds to IP infringement notices (notice and takedown) per applicable rules
- Online gambling (judol) — including promotion of gambling sites, slot agents, online lottery, or any online gambling violating Article 303 KUHP and UU ITE
- Illegal online lending — including promotion of unregistered or unlicensed lending services per the Financial Services Authority (OJK), digital loan sharking, or unlawful collection
- Fraud and investment scams — including Ponzi schemes, money games, fake trading bots, or investment offers without OJK license
- Narcotics and illegal drugs — including promotion, sale, or distribution of controlled substances per Law No. 35/2009
- Human trafficking and exploitation — including any form of human trafficking, child exploitation, or similar activities
- Money laundering — including using the Platform to disguise origins of illicit funds per Law No. 8/2010
- Terrorism and radicalism — including dissemination of terrorist ideology, recruitment, or terrorism financing per Law No. 5/2018 on the Eradication of Terrorism Crimes
- Other criminal activities — any activity violating criminal law of the Republic of Indonesia
Accounts detected or reported as involved in the above activities will be immediately suspended without warning and may be permanently deleted. The Platform also reserves the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities.
The Platform reserves the right to remove content violating these terms without prior notice.
Cooperation with Authorities
Per Article 40 UU ITE and PP PSTE, the Platform is obliged and committed to cooperate with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) and law enforcement on: (a) blocking and removal of content violating laws; (b) provision of information needed for law enforcement upon valid official request; (c) execution of court orders or other authorized agencies. The Platform processes takedown requests from Kominfo per applicable rules.
5. Payment & Subscription
The Platform offers Free and paid (Plus/Pro/Max) tiers. Paid tiers come with monthly or yearly options. All payments are securely processed via Bank Indonesia-licensed payment gateways and/or manual payment methods the Platform provides.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may change per Platform policy. The Platform must notify users at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before a price change takes effect, via registered email and/or in-Platform notification. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of transaction. Price changes do not affect ongoing subscriptions until they expire. Users may decline to renew if they don't accept the new price, with no penalty.
Refund Policy
Generally no refunds after service activation. Refunds may be granted in the following cases: (a) verified technical failure causing service unavailability; (b) material change to package features/benefits significantly reducing core value (see Section 6); (c) 24-hour cooling-off for first-time upgrade if tier-locked features weren't used; or (d) statutory consumer protection obligations.

If a subscription ends and is not renewed, the account reverts to Free. Your data and content remain stored.
6. Changes to Features, Benefits & Plans
Features, benefits, and technical specifications of each subscription plan (including but not limited to profile count, platform limits, hierarchy depth, feature access, and storage capacity) may be changed, added, or reduced per Platform policy and product evolution.
For material changes (including core feature reduction, significant limit changes, or service termination), the Platform must give at least 30 (thirty) calendar days notice before the change takes effect via registered email and/or in-Platform notification.
By continuing to use the Platform after the change takes effect, users are deemed to have accepted the change. If users disagree with a material change, they have the right to:
- Cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, with no penalty;
- Receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription if the material change reduces core value of the paid plan;
- File a complaint via the Platform's available mechanism.
The Platform is committed to continuous improvement. Minor changes (bug fixes, performance improvements, new feature additions) may be made without prior notice and do not affect existing user rights. Per Consumer Protection Law No. 8/1999 Article 18, the Platform guarantees that service changes will not remove users' fundamental rights as consumers.
7. Reputation System (Kamu Score)
Kamu Score is a reputation score calculated across four dimensions: profile completeness, platform & reach, reviews & reputation, activity & freshness, connections & network, booking performance, and verification & trust. The score is informational and computed automatically by the system. The Platform does not guarantee absolute accuracy of this score and is not responsible for third-party decisions based on Kamu Score.
Users can receive and give reviews. Reviews violating content guidelines may be reported and reviewed by the moderation team.
8. Intellectual Property
The kamu.co.id Platform, including design, code, logo, and trademarks, belongs to the kamu.co.id operator. Content uploaded by users remains user-owned. By uploading content, users grant a non-exclusive license to the Platform to display the content per service function.
9. Liability Limitations
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to maintain service availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Under no circumstances will the Platform's total liability to users exceed amounts paid by users to the Platform in the 3 (three) months before the claim was filed.
The Platform is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from service use; (b) third-party content accessed via user links; (c) actions of other users on the Platform; (d) damages from changes to features, prices, or plan specifications; (e) service disruptions due to force majeure; (f) data loss from user negligence.
10. Account Termination
Users may delete their account at any time via settings. After deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
The Platform reserves the right to take action against accounts violating these Terms, with the following mechanism:
The Platform also reserves the right to deactivate accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Note: Users whose accounts are suspended or deleted for violations are not entitled to refunds of remaining subscription periods.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to release, defend, and indemnify the Platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) user's use of the Platform; (b) user's violation of these Terms; (c) user-uploaded content; (d) user's infringement of third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved as follows: (a) good-faith negotiation within 30 (thirty) calendar days; (b) if negotiation fails, mediation under the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or another mutually agreed mediation body; (c) if mediation fails, arbitration at BANI per its applicable rules and procedures.
The parties agree the arbitration decision is final and binding, waiving rights to appeal or other legal remedies in any court.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:
