What is kamu.co.id?
kamu.co.id is Indonesia's professional reputation platform. Create a profile at kamu.co.id/yourusername to showcase your portfolio + credibility score (Kamu Score 0-100) to prospective clients/employers.
How much does kamu.co.id cost?
Free forever for basic features. Upgrade to Plus (15k/month), Pro (49k/month), or Max (149k/month) for additional features like booking, custom themes, and team collaboration. See /pricing.
How do I get a Kamu Score?
Score 0-100 is calculated automatically based on: profile completeness, connected platforms (verified Instagram, GoFood, etc.), reviews from others, and activity. The more complete and active, the higher your score.
Can I ask others to leave reviews?
Yes. Your profile has a public review page at kamu.co.id/yourusername/reviews. Anyone can leave a review (no signup required), but reviews from verified users are marked specially.
What about bad reviews or spam?
You can hide specific reviews (Pro/Max) or report spam. The moderation system automatically rejects reviews with high spam_score. Fake reviews won't be displayed.
Can I accept bookings on my profile?
Yes, on Pro tier (max 5 services) and Max (unlimited). Set availability schedule, add services, and visitors can book directly from your profile page.
How many themes are available?
100+ themes across 13 categories (Professional, Nusantara, Gradient, Neon, Pastel, etc.) plus 1,200+ store items (badges, buttons, fonts, QR designs, patterns, effects). Free tier gets 12 themes, Plus 60+, Pro 88+, Max all + can buy items per tier.
How do I pay?
QRIS (all Indonesian e-wallets/banks) and credit/debit cards via Midtrans available. QRIS payments verify in 5-30 minutes, Midtrans instant.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds only for our technical errors, double-charges, or 24-hour cooling-off for first-time upgrade. See details at /refund.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We're compliant with UU PDP No. 27/2022 (Indonesia Personal Data Protection). Customers have a privacy dashboard at /dashboard/privacy to see who accesses their data + can revoke consent anytime. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, IP addresses SHA-256 hashed.
I'm a developer/company, can I use the API?
Yes. We have a Reputation API for B2B. Register at developers.kamu.co.id to get API keys + documentation.
How do I get an invoice + tax invoice (PKP)?
After successful payment, invoices can be downloaded from /dashboard/account/billing → click "View Invoice" on history. For official tax invoices (Taxpayers), email [email protected] with subject "Request Faktur Pajak — [Order ID]" + attach company NPWP. We will issue the invoice within 3 business days per PMK 60/2022.
How do I delete my account?
Login → /dashboard/account → Account → Delete Account. There will be a 7-day confirmation before data is actually deleted. After deletion, the username can be claimed by another user.
